Before starting Project: Stay Athletic, I spent years working inside traditional personal training systems — some good, some not so good.

What I kept seeing was the same pattern: the business was built to sell memberships at scale, not to ensure clients actually reached their goals. Once someone signed up, the focus often shifted to the next sale instead of the outcome.

That never sat right with me.
