I have worked with Sam for a couple of months and he has really inspired me to become the best version of myself. Follow his programming and his advice and you will get results. Sam is great! After working with him for just a couple of months, I can totally tell a difference in my strength, form and physique. It didn’t take long for others to start noticing as well! What I really like about Sam is that he focuses more on correct form as opposed to how much weight I can lift. Before Sam, I was lifting heavier weights for some exercises, but I clearly did not have the correct form because I wasn’t noticing any changes in my body. Now that I’m doing these exercises correctly, wow! What a difference! I would certainly recommend Sam to anyone, no matter what stage of their health journey.

Sam is a great trainer. He is motivating and encouraging. He created your workout based on your needs. In just few month I have gotten stronger and definitely can see changes in my body. He also keep the workout interesting/ different / cool excercises that target Excatly what you need. Highly recommend.
