What’s up! I’m coach Rob, and I'm going to help you achieve your fitness goals.  

I can help you because I've been there. I was not a life-long athlete—indeed, I used to be morbidly obese and have lost over 120 pounds. I got into fitness at 32. I am proof that you can accomplish impressive things. That's a big part of why I chose a fitness career. We all start somewhere!

I've helped people build butts, lose weight, get stronger, and to simply move with less pain. I’ve worked with everyone from newbies to senior citizens, teenagers, the fitness goals single moms, military personneland many other kinds of people. Seeing my clients succeed and do things they never thought possible is my greatest joy.

If you work with me, I promise that we can figure out a way for you to get to your goals together. But I can’t do it without you. We are a team!
